Here’s how you can search for EC online:

Step 1: Open IGRS Telangana portal at 👉 https://registration.telangana.gov.in

Step 2: On the homepage, click on “Encumbrance Search (EC)” option.

Step 3: On the next page, you’ll see some important instructions and disclaimers related to Encumbrance Statement. Read them carefully and click “Submit”.

Step 4: Now you have two ways to search for EC:

(a) By Document Number:

• Enter the document number and year

Certified Copy (CC) is the official copy of a registered document (Sale Deed, Gift Deed, Mortgage, Partition Deed, etc.). It’s legally valid and helps confirm property ownership and rights.

For Certified Copies of Registered Documents (On Payment):

Step 1: Open IGRS Telangana portal at 👉 https://registration.telangana.gov.in

Step 2: Click on “Certified Copy (CC)” option on homepage.

Step 3: Select “Certified Copies of Registered Documents (On Payment)”. This will redirect you to the Meeseva portal.

Step 4: Enter these details:

• District
• Sub-Registrar Office (SRO)
• Document Number
• Year of Registration
• Other required details

Then click “Get Details”.

Step 5: After details match, system will show the fee for certified copy. Pay online via debit card, credit card, or net banking.

Step 6: After successful payment, you’ll get an Acknowledgement Receipt.

This facility is for recently registered documents only.
